The calculators, visualizers, and written guidance on FrameForge are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not a substitute for:
- Professional video production services.
- Professional audio engineering or mastering services.
- Professional color grading or finishing services.

- The official documentation published by YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Vimeo, or any other platform.
The numbers, scores, and recommendations are heuristics — starting points for your own decisions, not verdicts.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
A higher hook score does not guarantee a successful video. A platform-appropriate export setting does not guarantee the platform will accept the file. A 1:1 aspect ratio does not guarantee virality on Instagram.
The creator-economy is unpredictable. Tools reduce the surface area for low-confidence decisions; they do not eliminate the inherent risk of publishing creative work.
3. No warranty on accuracy
FrameForge makes reasonable efforts to keep its calculators accurate, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Specifically:
- Platform specifications change. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Vimeo, and other platforms update their upload requirements without notice. A preset that worked last quarter may be obsolete this quarter.
- Codec behavior varies by implementation. The same "12 Mbps for 1080p30" recommendation can look different in x264, NVENC, libx265, or SVT-AV1.
- Color science is hardware-dependent. A Kelvin target looks different on a calibrated Sony reference monitor than on a phone under fluorescent light.
- Loudness meters differ. ITU-R BS.1770-4 is the standard, but consumer meters vary ±1 dB.
When in doubt, verify against the platform's official documentation or a qualified professional.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameForge and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, audience growth, time, or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its outputs.
If a tool gives you a number that causes you to re-render a video overnight, lose a platform feature, or blow a publishing deadline, that's a risk you accept by using the tool. FrameForge does not offer SLA-backed, certified, or audited outputs.
